YouTubers I'm Loving Lately

Wednesday, May 10, 2017

I'm probably clocking in 100 + hours on YouTube easily! I watch videos for inspiration, entertainment, but also for learning and broadening my knowledge. I think it's an actual blessing that so many people share their craft to teach and it doesn't cost a thing except a little time.

When I'm between projects, I love watching videos and the list I'm sharing below are some of my recent favorites. A few, of course, are yarn crafting while a few are in other categories that I like to watch because they are so talented and it's just fun! Here's my lineup:

When I first started to learn to knit on needles, I found Staci's channel, the woman behind the channel. I was amazed at the work she does. I'll never be the knitter she is, but I just enjoy her teaching style, the patterns she shares as well as the clips she's done on the basics of knitting. She also has a website, verypink.com.

Naztazia

I've been following Donna Wolfe of Naztazia for several years. She's an excellent crocheter and now she's teaching knitting too. I've made several items from her patterns. Her website is naztazia.com.

At Home with Nikki

Nikki has it going on with home decor and improvement. She has videos from decorating ideas for home and office to creating beautiful tablescapes, entertaining, and organization tips. Her style is so elegant and I enjoy just watching her videos. Her website is athomewithnikki.com.

Marly Bird is the spokesperson for Red Heart yarns, she also teaches crochet and knitting on Creativebug. She's an excellent teacher and fun to watch. You can also find her website at marlybird.com.

Shabby Fabrics

I'm not a sewer and definitely not a quilter so the patterns on her channel are way over my head! I follow simply because I enjoy watching her making patterns. Her website is shabbyfabrics.com.

Sheep & Stitch

Davina is the girl behind Sheep & Stitch. She is a talented knitter and has a unique and fun style of teaching. It was her pattern for a garter stitch scarf that got me learning to knit with needles. Her website is sheepandstitch.com.

I hope you like my lineup and check out any or all of these YouTubers! You can grab a cup of coffee and a danish sit back and be entertained!
